This 4-day course is intended for Systems Programmers, Systems Administrators and Technical Database Administrators. The course describes the layout and content of the various DB2 data and system structures, what facilities are supplied to manage the DB2 environment and how DB2 relates to the MVS environment. This course also reviews the DB2 Install parameters and presents an introductory approach to tuning your system. A must for all personnel who need a comprehensive understanding of the DB2 System environment.
