Course Fees are fully refundable upon written notice of cancellation received by Themis via mail, fax or email at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to a class start date. If the customer cancels less than fourteen (14) calendar days before the start of the course, the customer is subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the course price. Cancellations at or after the start of the course are subject to a fee of 100% of the course fee. Failure to attend without notifying Themis (no-show) subjects the customer to a fee equal to the full course price. Themis reserves the right to cancel any class due to low enrollment upon two weeks’ notice and is not responsible for any expenses incurred by enrollees as a result of such cancellation.
